					EVALUATION PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS
					Developing a framework for the National Report to Parliament on the Educational Performance of Indigenous Students for DEST Hugh Watson conducted consultations in every State and Territory to develop the framework in 2001. Those consultations included discussion of the major educational issues facing Indigenous Australians. The framework was accepted by a DEST Stering Committee and the first National Report was released in 2002.
